What time do I receive my orders?
6/1 format (8 hours)
from 08:00 to 17:00 break on sundays
from 12:00 to 21:00 break on saturdays
Format 2/2 (12 hours)
from 08:00 to 21:00
How many orders do you usually handle per hour?
In an 8-hour workday, an operator processes an average of 28 new orders. In 1 hour approximately 3.5 orders.
If I have a main job, can I combine both?
You can do it, but we want to emphasize that we are looking for people who want to work full time and they will have greater relevance when selecting the candidate.
If I failed as a operator the first time, when can I try again?
After 2 weeks, you can reapply and take the test again.
What documents do I need to work?
For that, you go through a simple registration on this website. Our specialist will contact you to inform you about the job and answer your questions. Afterwards, you will have a training and when you pass the exam, you will fill in a form with your personal details and attach a good quality photo of your identity document.
Can you pay me daily?
Your salary is paid monthly, before the 5th of the following month. That is, on May 5 you will receive your salary + the part of the bonus (if you meet the KPIs).
